Post Race

When you finish, please follow the finish line Marshall’s instructions.

You will be greeted at the finish with:

A bottle of Water

You medal.

Your goody bag & t-shirt

You pick all of these up in the funnel which is the track pit lane.  Please note and pass on to your friends and family that spectators will not be able to get into the finishing funnel.  We know you have just ran a race and will likely be feeling tired but we will ask you to keep moving, pick up your finishers items and move forward out of the funnel.  We ask you to do this because there will be a large number of runners coming in just behind you.

Pulling out of a race

If you retire from the race it’s really important that you please let the nearest Marshal to you know and give them your race number. This is so we can account for you at the end of the race.
